FOUNDER OF SALTWALK

Tim’s love of walking began in his teens as an Air Cadet going through the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Scheme. Expeditions and mountains became part of his make up and never left.

Combining his love of the Balearic Islands, the sea, walking, mental & physical fitness, building successful communities and teams, Saltwalk Menorca was born.

Tim is a business owner, Commercial Yachtmaster (Motor), Security specialist, multi disciplined Instructor/ Coach and sun lover!

CHALLENGE SUPPORT

Berni retired from the British Army as a Warrant Officer after 24 years service 10 years ago; which is when he met Tim within the Private Security Industry. They have been friends ever since.

He has walked all over the world during active service and leisure time and is a true ambassador for self development and a positive perspective.

Berni now works as a Ground Controller within the shipping sector. He loves fitness training, the great outdoors and can’t wait for a holiday!

LOGISTICS & SPORTS MASSAGE

Ian has a wealth of experience in Sports Coaching, Skiing, Event Support, Holistic Personal Development and Sports Therapy. He will be acting as ‘driver’ and ‘sports masseur’ for Saltwalk.

Ian and Tim first met in 2011 and forged a long term relationship of delivering and supporting sports events and Student Ski trips in the Alps together.

Ian works full time as a BTEC Level 5 Sports & Remedial Massage Therapist an will be ‘on hand’ to loosen tired legs each day!
